Fix that bug : when we make any scrolls the cooldown start in any scroll u have ( reverse )

so i hope to fix it.

The EGY weapons seller have a mixed option (European items option shows chinese and vice versa)

i play on your server for test, but i dont know why you edit alot chiness skills

i see 600 mag def in buff .. or phy buff 35 %

i like the good old joymax server with cap 110 without edit
only edit in eu give alot dmg but dont edit chiness

you want more people for long term server, go reset all your edits..

Yes because I already announced when I will make this reverse cooldown things, all the scrolls will have cooldown aswell.

Cooldown was made in order to avoid thiefs,traders, hunters to get back in few seconds, which means you can have a chance to go away and hide or to call some back-up while the thief is walking to you or waiting for his reverse cooldown. Trust me this is very useful when your doing trades otherwise the thiefs will keep popping back and you wont have a chance to hide.
