thats because u actually have an account and pw, but you dont have access to closed beta.

Hi guys and gals, first off i would like to say damn there are some either really dumb or very immature ppl trolling this thread, hell they are probably both.

Anyways to my Question :) after doing the English patch my Client just turns around and Updates itself and overwrites the files i had just added is there a way around this? i know i am doing everything right, is there an option to make Client not check files? therefore making it not update after i do the patching?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

And as for the Questions about how the game is, it is fantastic, great Visuals, not a grind at all maybe a little bit harder to level than WoW but not too much, I am currently playing the Korean version of the Game and have a lvl27 Spirit Master and lvl 31 Ranger

There's no new announcements on the official Chinese webpage (the last "news" item was on 1-24-09). My guess is that the people running the game are celebrating the Chinese new year also.

I think the Open Beta isn't going to start today, if you want to play Aion, pay to play on korean, it's the easy and secure way.

Where can I buy the korean version of aion?

korean dont need to pay extra for the game just need to sign up and pay the monthly fee. You can buy an account from such a tradesite but expect to be banned as soon as they find out that your not korean.
