Since the Gameguard update a lot of people having been running into problems while on the loading screen in that the game crashes everytime. This could either be because (no offense intended) you have 3rd party programs running to interfere with the game in which case switch them off and never use them again or you have entries in your hosts file which are causing the game to crash

To make sure you dont have any entries in your hosts file view the file by navigating to the directory on your PC:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

The file when opened in notepad should look like this:

but it says wrong target or something else

with that , you dont press OK , you just press enter and it should just go without saying anything , but the hack has been patched , so its useless now.

Good day all. I am stuck on step 5 as my ex husband use to set this up but I had to reformat HD and would like my toys back. However being a girl and not computer literate as there was no computers in school in my days.

This is where I am stuck C/windows/system32/drivers/etc. Where to exactly find this. I tried start find all folders.

Oh oh after reading the above posts which I didnt before posting this as I was just following the instrustions from the OP, however I would still like to get to C/windows/system32/drivers/etc

if u're using winXP (on Vista should be the same - i dont know cause i hate vista->lots of bugs), open windows explorer, then select "tools", "folder options", on 2nd menu find and unselect the option that say something like this "dont show O.S. protected files (recommended)" and mark this one "show occult files and folders". the hosts file should be found. sorry i cant be much more detailed 'cause right now im webbrowsing on a psp.

how come it keeps saying connection error wen i open from shortcut to dekaron_nsse.exe???

2 things about this hack
1. it works gratz
2. cant use the mouse or it moves you to the 255 : 255 position on the map
(also happens if you attack with the top right button under the ESC key...)

yes you have
you have to make a shortcut of the dekaron_nsse.exe in your bin folder.
on the shortcut parameters you have to add ",preceding" (withou the ") and then double-click it.
don't use the minilauncher to open the game. use your shortcut you've created ;)

rofl... everything works followed all the steps. i click dekaron_nsse_exe and it launches the game....but hacks dun work no vac hack in dungeon, no vac hack outside :S
