And someone figuring out the rates so that grinding won't be more profitable than actual trading which is literally the point of the game.

Instead of having high rates to compensate for the tedious leveling, you could have medium to low rates and reward players with these scrolls through various events like quests, unique monster kills, So-Ok events, as well as a starting buff (every character gets more EXP/SP for X amount of time)
I think it's more interactive.
