in a legal standpoint, this could mean that, now that they have a "middle east" fork, they may be trying to shut down any pservers that originate, are played or simply release using old server files

I just made a post about this in the GameGami/JOYMAX contract thread before I saw your comment here. I definitely agree, we can already see so many proactive changes that GameGami is making to their official server so we can only imagine how devastating their actions towards the PSRO scene will be. I wonder if they will take the legal route, or an exploitation route? I've seem JOYMAX perform (and fail) both.

there is one thing, tho

If server files were JUST recently released, I would definetly call this the end of the private scene

But these files have been around for almost a decade now. Even if they are up to claim and sue servers, this isnt gonna stop
