Sometimes happens to me that when an IP doesn't work the silkroad.exe is executed but take some time to show the message "server undergoing inspection".

That means the IP dosn't work or ID/password are wrong. IPs don't last for long time, because they're test account that only last for few hours, no more than a day usually. Plus if lots of poeple try to connect to the same IP, it changes ID/pw because it's over flooded. The ispection message means the IP doesn't work and you need another one. Usually only Hong Kong IPs works.

Edit: Of course you need MHTC client, you can't connect to the psro with the isro client.
