First off, the author makes it quite clear that this list is his personal list - so it's completely biased. There are some good providers in there, and some iffy ones. You take the list at face value.

Secondly, I think right now it's very hard to differentiate between legit and scam providers unless you move to the popular super-expensive providers who will have active discords with lots of members. Even then you never know if the hack provider will be around for long.

Always do your work before deciding which ones to use.

Highly agree with this. They should give a little judge by themselves as well,but yeah. people just too lazy for it
