low the nuker dmg to normal.. cause 2 nukes a garment str die.. its seems unbalanced this way... ppl hit to much dmg incase for a 90 cap.. its seems this dmg should be for 100 cap i guess

ps: a blader cant tank 2 players die like 2-3 hits looks something wrong..

Poor variety of builds, you have excluded many builds, noone plays:
-hybrid spear fire with mix cold/light, cuz u reduced mag dmg light at lower light mastery, all spear is gonna to be heu/fire/cold
-there is no sword/cold/light, cuz fire is better than light which as a new skill has only faster running (you should at least add much better boost of parry ratio buff)

-there is no full str builds playing with fire/cold fire/light cuz everyone as a STR play with force
Imo options for repair "force" balance situation:
-Black Pill should at once remove all negative status then
-Can't hold shield during casting debuffs.

Lower probability of debuffs won't give anything.
