I got a warning but still have an open draft... How big is the chance to get banned if i bot this draft?

I assume very small. I got warning after botting almost every fut champions match(i just didn't give a fuuuck :D) and they removed me from the leaderboards. Then I kept botting on draft, got 1mil in 2 days and got another warning. Now i've stopped

I tend to think not, when i push my keys my game freeze, only when the trainer are open.

well, at that point, i didn't have anything turned on and just made a game, with the trainer running in background. But i guess, I already found the problem. BTW, is there a new version needed for the new title update?
