hi i have selected to repair the ship at portal but the bot don't repair :(

It means when you pop, it will respawn at portal. Buy an auto repair chip.

And whilst I'm here, is there a way to change the portal is runs to for repping? It looks to go to the top left no matter where you are on the map, which makes it poop for 3-3 and 3-4 cos i end up in enemy maps... so only good for 2-4 and 1-4 (outside x-2) except im VRU

It is not necessary to replace the image of green booty by the yellow. I've had it all day picking yellow booties and the pick up perfectly and it did not do any changes in the bot.

I also collected yellow booty with no changes.. worked good except that bugs

Is it possible to pick another portal for the ship to run to? Or is it always the first the ImageSearch finds (top left mainly)?

Not an option in vbot. But you can do it by hiding the other portals with some alwaysontop window.
