Possible to get the vSRO server files?

because they want to scare people to don't release files and keep it

That is because they couldnt prove the server was using their files at all. Joymax is the owner of the files. The regional companies that runs a custom server are licensed by Joymax to RUN those files, that's all, the owner keeps being Joymax.

So if there is any leaking, responsabilities would be on the host/website where it was leaked, and Joymax would protect his products since are the ones they have worked for. Imagine you work for 5 years on a program, and then suddently you realize your software source code has been released... of course you would fight for your work and interests, moreover here Joymax is a strong company who is even on stocks xD..
