go to the second tab (this is your quest list if you didnt know)
there should be at least two sections, organized into different storylines, blue words are storyline title, white are quests.
first storyline is the only one you are interested in.
look at quest name, remember it, take screenshot if you need to.
talk to officer
select the first option at the bottom
select the quest you found earlier
some quests have a few pages of dialogue, which is generally skipped through by selecting the first option at the bottom, but not all of them. some you will have to guess, and possibly go through many times to get right.
please note that you really should take the time to do all the starter quests on the official server so you know what you will have to do for them. at the very least go all the way to lvl 10 and do the first rank up to familiarize yourself with how they work. all the rank up quests are done the same way, with varying monsters to kill. im not gonna walk you through all of them, but if you get to the rank up ones i can help you out with what mobs you need to kill, although its pretty easy to figure out, up till lvl 100.
all in all, if you havent lvled up a char on a server in your own language, i dont think youll have much luck.
EDIT: oh yeah, first quest, after you talk to him, you go to weapons guy, then armor guy, then alchemist, then portservice. they will have scrolls over their heads.
