There is 3 possibility for that:
1- You got keylogger, someone trying to login your acc.
2- Game broken
3- Hack is changing some shits in game, so it effects the game and bc of that game is giving that error. (%0.1 chance).

I think you should look for 1 and 2...

That is weird that is why I asked if it happens to anyone, because this only happens inside the shadow arena which if u don't know something they added like 2 days ago, but inside the normal game I can keep it open all day long and nothing happen 0-0 + I checked my pc and my user apps they were clean after that I changed the pass and tried again same thing happens in shadow arena only + I am no life gamer that means I play bdo from 3 to 12 until the shadow arena close and this keeps happening all day long while I play, I mean If it was someone who is trying to enter to my acc all day long everyday prop for him for that patient LOL.

Well, nevermind :) Thank you to your feedback and beign helpfull about vpn :) Just a question, the game is giving that error when you try to play without hack ?

So if its no, teach me how can I go to shadow arena, so I can be able to test my stuffs.

Sure I will be more than happy too, but the shadow arena is only added in retail server (Offical) Since bye bye pubg hello shadow arena LOL, anyway I will send u my discord throw private message, u can add me there I will give u an old account that I don't use anymore It is level 56 so u can test everything from Shadow arena etc.. u can also play on it If u want, u can test your stuff on it, or u can make an account for 7days on retail for free test your stuff and make another account for 7days and so on since the free trial is 7days.

Regarding your question, The problem seems to appear only In shadow arena with the (hack), I did some test I left my game open all night long while I am sleeping with the hack afk doing some life skilling, and It seems everything was good when I waked up everything was according to the plan no error no login problem nothing, so I assume It Is either problem from my side when I enter the shadow arena maybe I do something that triggers the error IDK....
I play 300k, 1 animation, 900k attack speed, and no one ever called me out for hacking since I keep my head low, So idk.
