HyperFilter Announcement:
DISCONNECTIONS (UPDATED 2014/08/01 - 08:01 AM - UTC-5)
Dear, Customers.
We are currently investigating a series of disconnections happening currently now (2014/07/31 - 09:06 PM - UTC-5).
This announcement will be updated as soon we determine the cause, our on-site Engineers are working right now on the issue.
Update 1 (2014/07/31 - 09:10 PM - UTC-5):
Seems one of our mitigation devices, got rebooted due to a software failure, the disconnections were caused due to our redundancy circuit getting in place.
When a device fail, there will be a short disconnection-reconnection event in order to the network keep working, we are now verifying what is happening with the unit.
Update 2 (2014/07/31 - 09:59 PM - UTC-5):
We are trying to start the unit again and check if it will operate properly.
Update 3 (2014/08/01 - 00:00 - UTC-5):
Our redundancy link failed and the dynamic link aggregation didn't start the backup link.
The onsite engineer has managed to turn on the contingency mode, while the cisco ios is being verified by the manufacturer.
Update 4 (2014/08/01 - 02:38 AM - UTC-5):
We are still working on-site (at the datacenter) to get the network stable.
During this time, some of the services might be innacessible or with disconnection issues.
Update 5 (2014/08/01 - 05:50 AM - UTC-5):
We are still trying to get the network stable with the manufacturers / engineers of the routers.
Update 6 (2014/08/01 - 08:01 AM - UTC-5):
We are still trying to get the network stable with the manufacturers / engineers of the routers.
