If you have it on your PC you should use Hamachi and change all the IPs in the share folder to your Hamachi IP. share folder is found in your client folder then data and you also have to change the IP in the share folder in you serverfiles.

so i deleted everything redownload it...and i keep getting the same message...i delete and redownload all night...can someone pls help???

download all files, and save them in your C: drive.
C:/ not any subfolder. Simply C:/
then extract it in C:/
