i calculate at brasilian time
23 (bejing time +8gmt) - 8 (to get gmt+0) - 3(to get gmt-3 brasilian time) = 12 o clock
german time
23 (bejing time +8gmt) - 8 (to get gmt+0) +1 (to get gmt+1 german time) = 16 o clock
