Like its explained in the Faq in your forum.. You have to go to the Carnival assistents on the maps 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 to use your tickets

Having trouble getting a "Perfect" score in the mini-games? There are now 3 "Dirty Trick" items in the event shop designed to help you get those all important Radiant Souls!

on facebook so ... uhm it kinda helps you get radiant souls i think
