If you have windows 7 64 bit, to resolve the errors you need to download both versions of Visual C + + redstr 2012.

If you already did that, Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Features and repairs.

Delete the file then start s4 and after the s4 start close it then the file xpva03.dll shoul be 97kb and make the file read only and when you start s4 the file wont change
