You restore after the game starts. Right after you click "Start" When the map has loaded and when you can move and all then click restore.

Use it with bypass? o_O And yeah, you get detected with bypass even if you don't make a freeze profile. Don't worry, the HTD wont ban you. It will just close S4. Follow all the steps in the first post but click restore after you start the game, not before.
