If you can (successfully) start the server and connect the client to the server, yes.
I can confirm, it still works nicely cause I did that in early builds of the offline server. (when it was really unstable)
Less now cause I ripped all I wanted to rip... for now.
Cause the client's the part that does the D3D9 calls that Ninja Ripper (and similar 3d printscreen software) use.
There are some quarks with NFSW cars in memory though.
(Namely 3 copies of the same car mesh in memory, car parts are x8 smaller UV and xyz compared to world, vinyls are rendered in compressed form)
Thankfully these can be remedied, (So you can make vinyls where you can change colours in Photoshop)
Look up my generic ripper guide for NFSW on NFSCars.net (Just search for a thread made by "N/A")
Just tweak the instructions to suit your needs.
As in drop the DLL directly into the NFSW.exe folder and let the d3d9.dll hook take over. (since the launcher is a paper weight that might be reusable later)
Cause the game doesn't have any damage (other than pretty scratches, glass cracks, and blue fuzzy screen), it's actually much easier to work with than games where detachable parts are stored in origin. (That's one of the things I'm scratching my head over right now for a conversion into Trackmania 2)
And just to reiterate for other people
Importing new content that doesn't exist in NFSW game files into NFSW is not possible yet.
