No, i never tried to level up with the new exp rates since i reached level 100 and i'm not that kind of gays who creates 100 chars to get best gears. Anyway my suggestions still have to be applied due to the fact that CH are useless as fuck in every party (Unique mobs parties, leveling up, FW).

There is a Special NPC, find him in Donwhang. You will need to purchase a Job penalty remover scroll from him, have fun.

Reduce the price for the penatly remover scroll, it's way to expensive. 100 mill and 10 Ruble is just to much. It's better to just have a cooldown time on it.
