How to make donation chargeback? I dont want to play on this server anymore. Discord channels locked all the time, no support, a lot of dcs, ruined godsends. Seems many people are leaving. I want to leave too.

Since pr0x cares only about money he blocked charge backing in his shitty server. There was drama like 2 years ago when Pr0x with huge butthurt was banning people for the incoming servers cuz they charge backed. He blocked it, and he won't give u back ur money even if u think u get scammed. Thats how "professional" teams do.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The server is currently unstable due to large stacle ddos attacks. Unfortunately, I am not able to tell you when this will be resolved. What I can assure you is that we are awake 24/7 and doing the best humanly possible to block these attacks.

- So far we worked with Hyperfilter, OVH, Amazon, Dedistart companies and their DDoS protection wasn't sufficient enough to mitigate the attacks ''properly''. The problem we got in there is that because of the type and the scale of the attack, it's hard for the providers to keep the legitimate users online while blocking the bad IP's.
- Our Amazon setup has been being improved for our needs in the past 25 hours. Especially, we have business level support to get help from their IT's continuously but it's taking time.
- We are soon switching our provider to CloudFlare and alternatively to DDoS-Guard.
- Alternatively, we are in touch with 4 more companies.

If you do not have patience for downtimes, it may be better to have a break today. Because we are not going to shut down the server, we need it running so that we can work.

I suppose, some other servers are also being targeted and down. I don't know what's going on with such large scale attacks in PSRO, which never happened in the past, but this will eventually go away, it's about time.

I like playing here and there is a big international community here. I can also understand that there are massive attacks and they are doing their best to handle those attacks & trying to update us in every 2-3 hours. But whenever server goes offline, they're instantly closing every single channel on discord, which is look like a dictator job. It's ok to leave one of them as an announcement room to share your updates, why are you doing it in all of them? I donated more than 100eu to this server and I can't even write something on its discord channel.

It was a decent server before the DDoS attacks started. They close every channel on discord as soon as something goes wrong. They have an announcement room to keep people updated, so disabling all rooms seems risible. If I understand correctly, Electus Team has no plans other than switching providers, hoping people won't quit until the attacker runs out of money. So at this point, it is a waste of time and money to play on this server. I'd quit if I hadn't donated a hefty sum already.
