You have to use the ones you put in your SQL server, as for the SqlDatabaseManager.cs this is a C# file from visual studio, it is inside the project file, but I would recommend you to look for some MySql, php and C# classes at least, before starting a private server, this project is very advanced for someone with no experience, and I won't be able to answer questions here for a long time, because today is my last free day before returning to the University.

explain... how do private servers open the space map? I know several who can play, that's what I mean.

Do you want to edit the game? Get a .swf editor and start digging through the game files until you find what you want, if you want to play just use a browser with Flash Player Enabled

Should I push up on github before the weekend: Invasion and Galaxy gates (a,b,g,d)
I just need to finish the invasion point system, the whole map system, NPC multiplier and waves is already working.
