BTW tip!.. u CAN use abilitys... u can use cone of cold over and over again till ur out of mana... regen and use it again.. works like a charm also

Are people accomplishing this on the U.S. servers with the U.S. version of WoW in the 1.8.1 patch? Or is this only for Eastern game clients?

And if you are using U.S. game clients on the U.S. servers, are you also running softice while you use BWH?

I am on an US Server and I am using it there. I am only using BWH.
