I'm using this hack since the 1.2 version. Always used it with truecrypt and just a slight bit of common sense and wasn't banned once.
If you get banned with this you are probably a huge idiot who
1. doesn't use truecrypt or other methods of encryption
2. aims through walls and is way to obvious while using it.
