do you have english VM? if you have, maybe we can help each other to do that local server

On ProGamerCity there is this delete Tutorial with all what you need and some extra things ^^

u use 192.exe or RohanAuth by xampp?

rohan auth xampp .php files

for me worked when i copied xampp from vm and pasted it into mine. then just needs a few adjustments like ip setting.

i make it more i geting verifi code on char screen i get gate server 3002 , i can see me ip on mapid.exe
