i guess he means you have to relog every 3min 40 sec (the bypass leads to a dc every 4 mins, no matter what) so that you dont get dc´s
if you dc because of the bypass it may leads to a ban

And if at 1min I get a DC because of the massive bm2 normal attack spam and I relog.. will the 3m40sec starts counting from the begining ?

The 'counter' starts in the character screen, if you DC with massive bm2 normal attack spam within 1 minute, you get a DC to the log-in screen, so the 'new count' starts as soon as you are at char select screen again.

Even though no skill delay spamming will lead to a ban as well;D

updates for what? The bypass still works, the DC won't go away, you need to learn and live with it, or play legit, like I do.
