i fixed my problem with the account creator but i cant getCOServer.exe to run i reinstalled windows recently and i dont know how or what i need to get this running can anyone help plz = )

this is what it says
it says reinstalling will help fix the problem but i reinstalled five times but dont work..
think i need some type of windows update or something like that

Re-building it should work. Open the project file then click Build-ReBuild Solution.

step by step from a noob
1.go into server/accounts
2. select the account you want to make GM/PM
3. open it with word or notepad
4.
AccName=tjhancockGM
Password=62188194204191485321779431702511708224210 1
LogonCount=57
LogonType=1
Flags=8
Character=Hancock[GM]* <------ type the name u want*
5. save it
6. go into server/charecters
7. select the charecter you are changhing
8. open it in word or note pad
9.
[Character]
Account=tjhancockGM
CharName=Hancock[GM] *<----- edit that to the same as before*
CharUID=1000002
Class=15
Model=671003

10. save
11. go into server/cahrecter
12. rename the file of the charecter u made GM/PM to whatever the name of the charecter is ex:
Hancock[GM]
CHR file
13. rewstart the server, ur done

EDIT: better thank me for this or ill find u and murder u, j/k, thank me tho

I'm working on a command for this lol i can't figure it out but if you open your char file and look for Armor it will have a code like this 138999 - Thefirst 9 in that is the colour so if you change that click save relog into the game it will change, the colour numbers are usually 2-9
