1990* All Weapon Defense [+9 Maximum]
2990* All Weapon Offense [+8 Maximum]

So u have a 'all weapons 3+' u search for 19903 and u change it to 19908 to have an 'all weapons 8+'

Um I have 32bit XP and Im not sure what do you meen by "Need bypass". Can you please explain? Is there a way to fix this?

use google and you found the answer about that thing called bypass and no u have no way to fix that.

2 more questions. Why it doesnt allow to download Cheat Engine? It says that page is broken.

And about hack it self. So for example if you change arcade capsule to coupon capsule, and use it, you would get coupons and could use them to get REAL Taser and stuff? Does it work that way?

:S i dont understand why do you want to change capsule instead of changing the weapon id and the value and voilaa you can get all the capsule items
