1st) that error of line 14325 only happens on win7 vms.
2nd) I've been running more than 24h without any errors since i did an update 2 days ago.
So I ask again did you force the update? Nevertheless I will release an update so people don't need to force nothing, pls tell the results.

write twice its weird.. usually he could not pull again the same acc if its written there already, unless you are doing coop vs ai or something like this.
also if there is a wrong login he skips the acc and puts there.. check if that is not the problem.
