Just wanted to share... today I was kicked from LS (Legends say) discord, because I told them my account got banned, and I think the cheat is super detected... their reaction was to kick me??? Super sketchy, definetly those fkers shouldn't be on the list of legit providers!!!

You got banned for trying to tell us how to run things and what to do.
If LS was detected we'd see way more bans, like it happened last time after the wave.
We always change our status when our status actually changes, not when someone like you tell us to do it.

Very business like... I simply tell you to change the status to "detected" because I got detected way too fast, and you ban me? Is that it? Like okay you can explain to me what you just told me, why just ban me?

It's like I come in a hurry right, after I was banned, and I said... "Change the status"

and you ban me? How is this logical? And now you ban me from using your product, because I said what happened?

I will let others decide if this is sketchy, or not :)

P.S. I wasn't telling you what to do, I was just in a rush, because I got banned MID GAME. You actions speak louder than words!

My only sin was to go and tell them that their cheat was detected, after that to report that they kicked me out of their discord server, and for what? Telling you how to run things? Bruh

P.S.3. No Legit provider never in a million years, would ban somebody over a simple line, right after their product caused the ban of my account. How simple it would be to just explain: "Hey dude we aren't seeing a lot of other complains right now, let's wait and see, if things go south we will change the status"... Instead you insta ban me, so legit, such quality service. Please just tell for the rest of us how you would feel if you got kicked without any explanation, and then after you report that, the subscription, which is rightfully mine, because I paid for it, is also taken away, for speaking out loud? Come on, explain to all future clients here, that you can just cancel their sub anytime, if they say something you don't like... and it might not even be a big thing (like in my case) they can just ban you for saying "Hi" in their discord, so make good decisions guys

P.S.4. If they decide to unban me and give me my subscription back, I will update that here, if not, I will keep reminding people about my story every week, so that everybody knows what they will get if they purchase LS.

P.S.5. This message got waay too long, but I just wanted to say that I saw the comments of others above me, trash talking LS. I can now see why they react so defensive, over a simple "Change the status to detected" message :)

We don't know whether you never followed the instructions in the first place or if you reverted it later for some reason. In cases like this usually tickets get elevated and I check them within few days. If user couldn't use LS because of such issues and his sub expired due to late reply to his ticket - we can always reimburse for that, and we usually do. But in your case you have decided to leave and go vent here before I even got to your ticket.
It's unfortunate that things played out like this with you and you couldn't use LS because of it. It's also unfortunate you lost your patience and just gave up on it. But it is what it is: you left, expressed your discontent here and even refused to get a refund, although we'd be perfectly fine with providing one.

yes you should check the tickets, as you say, but you didn't do it. I pay, wait 2-3 days and then your support expects me to use my PC without any protection for that long time? That's pointless, isn't it? Of course my one-day key expires and he just goes out, closes the ticket and says I'm lying.

Then of course you have no patience anymore.
It's crazy that you still act like it's my fault.

1. What kind of individual am I? You don't want to treat individuals, that speak? wtf? it wasn't even something offensive, or even something sketchy that I said. I simply told you to change the status.

2. I activated 1 week sub before that, but that was when vanguard came live, so I was practically able to use only 2-3 days out of those 7 days (and for the record, they gave me 1 day bonus key when I brought that up to them, so cheers about that one), but yeah I decided it is best to just buy 1-day subs for the days I know I will be able to play all day and consume the full experience. Yesterday, I bought a sub, and 1-2 hours later you banned me from using it.

Can you please explain how what I said makes me a jerk, please? I am sorry I was in the middle of my game and received 2-3 warnings in the middle of my screen, that vanguard has detected a cheat on my PC and is perma banning me, and that the match I was playing is canceled.
I came to the discord instantly, still emotional and in distress, I am sorry that I directly told you: "change the status" but the situation was like that, I didn't know I was dealing with somebody with such huge ego tbh.

Bro nobody entered my PC, wtf you even talking about? When vanguard came live I was having issues with starting the cheat, but after a few days of debugging (with the help of your support) I was able to run it, however I still wasted a lot of days from my sub, until it was fixed (after you released the vanguard update). However this has nothing to do with the current issue.


5. I would rather prefer to use my sub, than to get a refund, I spent literal days, configuring all the champs that I play, because I wanted all of them to have custom configs to my liking, now if I have to change the distributer, I have to spend so much time in configuring again, instead of just playing and having fun.

6. I don't wanna put only negative stuff on them, I had amazing conversations with some of the support staff, they were excited with me to try some combos (like playing league on 2 PCs, one of which has YUUMI on auto-play, while you play adc on the second one). I was updating them on how it's going, and they were giving me tips.. To be honest I thought that this was one of the best communicating supports ever, the first few days, until this happened... I still can't believe that the issue was caused by something so minor.

Overall I feel screwed by you LS, because I don't understand how my behavior can be deemed jerk-like? Do you get offended so easily? Wouldn't it be more wise to just explain in discord, what you told me here in the forum instead of banning me? Do you think I would continue saying "Update status" if you explained that? I just don't get it bro, for real? And the cherry on top was to revoke my subscription after I posted my story here.

I'm not saying it's your fault, I'm just saying that it's unfortunate things played out this way. Like I said before, even if your sub expired while you were waiting for a ticket response - it's never a problem to reimburse for it. But in your case it's no longer possible (because you decided to leave). I would be happy to refund though, since you didn't even get to use LS. Just DM me if you change your mind.
