When it comes to our detection status - we are always transparent. We do not moderate any ban reports in our Discord. Even the guy who got banned - he got banned not for making the ban report, he got banned for being a jerk. And although he got banned, his ban report is still there.
When our status actually becomes detected, when it's confirmed by a real banwave or there is some other clear evidence for this and it affects majority of our users - we always change the status of the platform and we make the announcement about it. We provide free LS sub during the maintenance, so people who don't care about bans can keep playing with LS if they want for free (as long as they had an active subscription which will get extended for free).
And this literally just happened last month. That's exactly what we did just last month. And people still accuse us of being shady after that.
As of your situation and how you were treated - I have talked to Chris from our support team and reviewed your ticket.
You said that you've tried everything and followed our instructions, but when Chris checked it via remote desktop - he saw the opposite, all of requirements weren't set. We don't know whether you never followed the instructions in the first place or if you reverted it later for some reason. In cases like this usually tickets get elevated and I check them within few days. If user couldn't use LS because of such issues and his sub expired due to late reply to his ticket - we can always reimburse for that, and we usually do. But in your case you have decided to leave and go vent here before I even got to your ticket.
It's unfortunate that things played out like this with you and you couldn't use LS because of it. It's also unfortunate you lost your patience and just gave up on it. But it is what it is: you left, expressed your discontent here and even refused to get a refund, although we'd be perfectly fine with providing one.

1. What kind of individual am I? You don't want to treat individuals, that speak? wtf? it wasn't even something offensive, or even something sketchy that I said. I simply told you to change the status.
2. I activated 1 week sub before that, but that was when vanguard came live, so I was practically able to use only 2-3 days out of those 7 days (and for the record, they gave me 1 day bonus key when I brought that up to them, so cheers about that one), but yeah I decided it is best to just buy 1-day subs for the days I know I will be able to play all day and consume the full experience. Yesterday, I bought a sub, and 1-2 hours later you banned me from using it.

Can you please explain how what I said makes me a jerk, please? I am sorry I was in the middle of my game and received 2-3 warnings in the middle of my screen, that vanguard has detected a cheat on my PC and is perma banning me, and that the match I was playing is canceled.
I came to the discord instantly, still emotional and in distress, I am sorry that I directly told you: "change the status" but the situation was like that, I didn't know I was dealing with somebody with such huge ego tbh.
As I already told you... You could have just said: "hey buddy, that's not how we do things here...." and explain in 1-2 lines, but what you did was insta ban me, like I commited a crime?

Bro nobody entered my PC, wtf you even talking about? When vanguard came live I was having issues with starting the cheat, but after a few days of debugging (with the help of your support) I was able to run it, however I still wasted a lot of days from my sub, until it was fixed (after you released the vanguard update). However this has nothing to do with the current issue.
5. I would rather prefer to use my sub, than to get a refund, I spent literal days, configuring all the champs that I play, because I wanted all of them to have custom configs to my liking, now if I have to change the distributer, I have to spend so much time in configuring again, instead of just playing and having fun.
6. I don't wanna put only negative stuff on them, I had amazing conversations with some of the support staff, they were excited with me to try some combos (like playing league on 2 PCs, one of which has YUUMI on auto-play, while you play adc on the second one). I was updating them on how it's going, and they were giving me tips.. To be honest I thought that this was one of the best communicating supports ever, the first few days, until this happened... I still can't believe that the issue was caused by something so minor.
Overall I feel screwed by you LS, because I don't understand how my behavior can be deemed jerk-like? Do you get offended so easily? Wouldn't it be more wise to just explain in discord, what you told me here in the forum instead of banning me? Do you think I would continue saying "Update status" if you explained that? I just don't get it bro, for real? And the cherry on top was to revoke my subscription after I posted my story here.
