usually when u see the bar reach 95% u hit the hack, now u wait until the loading is about to finish, like i said 0.1/0.2 sec before the map load.

if the hack notification pop even before u activate it, meaning u'r late in activating it and it has finish loading

well the detection on GCPH will show whether you hit the button or not.

So, it seems the hack must be activated almost at the same time when the map is supposed to load.

In a simple way, he means the hack must be activated at exactly 99.9% which is really hard to do.
