This is normal since the uniques spawns the elite monsters, and none killing it

About the not much players in town, well this tells only 1 thing, that the system is perfect which makes the players playing instead of staying in town.

about party matching, there's not much party matching since all PTs already full, but we believe if u write a global or get the names from the rank tab here you go
