I got a SoX drop from Arabian coast last night but wasn't able to pick it up. Is this a beta feature or a bug? I believe it was garment shoulders if that helps.

Thanks for the report, I have already fixed that (requires server restart).
I'll roll an update within 2-3 hours including bug fixes as LastThief mentioned above.

Not 100% certain but, two things you can try. Based off of WIN7 but should be similar in win8 or 10

1. Right click silkroad.exe and run as administrator (alternatively you can right click and go to properties > compatability tab and check "run as admin" at the bottom there.)

2. Re-extract the client and try again. and repeat step 1

Could be some other thing I'm unaware of at the moment. Anytime I've had that popup it's always corrected itself. I have not had it happen during this beta.
