And If possible try removing these d14 looks, i don't feel like playing a cap 95 server with stuff like these also try putting a rule, english only in globals..

I'm talking as a player, if i were to hate i wouldn't have wasted my time testing builds.

there is NO BALANCE in this server at all any euro char can beat any chin with euro buff and i guess half of the server will be warlock and warriors they are so op u can't get a proper pvp with them at all u just keep watching him giving u all this shitty debuffs and w8 till die with a crit and the euro stuns omg it's like 90% will be stunned and chin stuns like 50% stun and even less

I'm still having the Client Start Error, both on my PC Win8.1 and Surface 4 Win10.
Flushing DNS Cache doesn't help.

All bugs have been fixed, do you even know the meaning of buggy? What you talk about is changes not bug fixes please...

Also about balance changes instead of crying you can make suggestions, except if you serve a specific purpose.

1. 14d looks are purely optional, nobody forces you to get them.
2. I do agree on EU vs CHN balance, hence why I was against adding grains to NPC, but then almost every single EU character was complaining about being useless.
3. What's wrong with Hermes spirit?

About inspection message are you guys using a proxy?

U stabled race to race but not against the opposite race..

Example: I can't get an eu with Holy spell debuffed as CHN.

Look. Balance in this game is basically done for. EU will rule the server and that's true in almost all ch/eu servers but seriously this one has not edited a single thing in EU, it's the same bullshit.

Do you see what's under the char? that's called fucked up effect (blade)
And shield does not have glow also not to mention these d14 weapons looks pretty plain without any rare/glow effect

Try to make an effort in Intro screen, it's the same morpheus/eryx/onyx one (same database..)
There is a little delay, idk if it's because of my internet or it's due to the host being not in europe or because of the filter you're using.
