then igo to cash icant find my user_no why?

Sorry I need a little help :/ Im completely lost at the step where you have to bind the Virtual Machine to VMware. I downloaded all 10 parts to the virtual machine and have the latest version of VMware but I have no clue what to do when it says to bind the Virtual Machine to VMware. Please help :confused:
