Error now there's an actual update going on :D sweeet.

Edit: it looks like the site says something about an "11 in the evening" update which means that the server could stay closed for another 13 hours.

Incorrect, it is saying will open the 13th(today) at 11:00 (server time). So, seems like 2 more hours or so, correct me if i am wrong.

It says 11 in the evening which is normally pm, and it is 9:17am in china right now so I was thinking he meant 11pm. Which is 13 hours away :D
