Oof yeah that stinks, and I'm not sure if the IW team/staff even has an account on here. You can try to make a new account and open a support ticket. Or when you go to their page they have a contact us link below the webpage.

I can try to make a ticket on your behalf and direct them to this forum/page. I highly suggest trying to apologize for the misunderstanding and that you didn't know how COD's shadowbanning works, etc. But I can't guarantee anything, because I'm just a nobody to them.

Yes that’s true IW are scammers and the support is really unfriendly. If you speak your mind you will be insulted and banned. I know many friends and me we are all banned. Go to EO or PO.

Not sure what all the fuss is about with IW, but its wise to read/learn how to cheese before calling providers scammers. 2 I have been using them for over 2 months and have had 0 issues from injecting cheese to playing many different playstyles (I have an account I rage on with 70%speed and 10 FOV) and I havent even been banned on that account (SB 3 times and only lvl 54) I mean you were probably rude and what not so only reason why I can think you got perma banned from IW. Never had an issue with Kolo or the staff there so kinda crazy how you got yourself banned

No official statement from HelioS yet, but i think AA just got hit, lots of ban reports coming in, will be updating this thread when they officially release a statement.
