What people are trying to tell you is that it's normal to be Shadow Banned from Warzone when you start cheating. This is because all your game stats drastically increase -- the game thinks you've instantly become too good and it's suspicious. You almost certainly killed too many other players too quickly, or were playing in a suspicious way causing other players to report you. None of this is the fault of IW. It is in fact your own fault. I don't know if they were right in banning you (although that's they're own decision to make) but they were right in not refunding you.

yeah i know that’s why i asked to unban me so i can use their service again that i paid 30 euros and i only used for 2 hours. but i did it have many kills at all because i was still learning to use the cheat. i got kicked out from a battle royale after a double kill and then shadow banned

It's normal to get shadowbanned after a few games if you make a new account for COD, it will happen to any provider you use. Then I guess it also depends on how well you play, but you can get shadowbanned on a new account without any cheats is what I'm getting at. And normally shadowbans last exactly 7 days. Afterwards your account should be in the clear.

But for IW banning your key, IDK. I want to believe you and say that sucks and not right. Though I never had a provider ban my key before. They might ban your account and HWID from buying in the future since you are threatening a chargeback.

Then again if you never plan on using IW. Then go ahead. However, I have read that chargebacks against providers aren't always 100% with the buyer. But if they actually banned your 30 day key, and it's only been a week or so then you might have a shot.

yeah i know, also support guy from IW was very kind and available and ready to help me with everything. just did not expect them to ban me after i paid for that service. i hope they will unban me and maybe rotate between 2/3 cod accounts till the shadow ban gets lifted. i have contacted their support again via their website to ask to unban me. let’s see

Like you can't inject the cheat at all, and they banned the key from working?

Before doing that. Have you tried reusing the cheat on a different COD account? Does it work, load, inject etc?

1- you accuse IW of having banned you (lie) on cod.
2- you threaten a refund (noob)
3- you boast about knowing how to cheat (lie)
4- you complain because we point out that you are a noob in the world of cheating, first you say that you cheat for years (lie) then you admit that you've never cheated
5 - you threaten blackmail that if they don't reactivate your loader by Monday you'll proceed with the refund
6- now be a pussy and try to go back.
My friend I wonder if you think about what you say and do first. IW handles thousands and thousands of users, never read or heard of these problems. Are you sure it went as you say? because kolo never backed down for legitimate refunds.

I formatted pc and reinstalled windows so i don’t have their client anymore

1. I said IW banned me from THEIR platform.
2. I did not threaten a refund i opened a ticket and asked politely for it
3. I know how to cheat because i have been cheating and scripting league of legends for years but never on cod ( i was a script developer for bol, and ensoulsharp and elobuddy)
5. of course i will try to have my money back with my back since i paid 30 euros for a service they are not providing.
6. i’m trying to get what i paid for

Oh that makes sense now, when you reformat your PC and windows you will need to ask for a HWID reset. In that case, you can make a ticket for just that. I wouldn't ask or bring up anything else, just a HWID reset because you had to reset your PC. And all providers/cheats do this FYI for the future.
