That you need to ask the guys who edited them. (or do a trial and error)
When I used Vlt-Ed to look at the files, I mainly noticed how to adjust ride height for the cars, I chose to wait, instead of tinkering, simply because for my purposes, it doesn't interest me much.

(Also, VLT-Ed can open 2 files, Global-Ed opens attributes.bin only)

I know that with the older server editor, it would erase the already-existing carslots.xml and GetPersonaInfo.xml in the server files if no new persona or carslot was being applied. Be certain that you have a backup of your carslots.xml and GetPersonaInfo.xml, HeavenHell.

My powerups don't work, I tried to restart server an game many times, but nothing helped....

My game crash after I enter the world and press car accelerator...

I don't understand why.

And when I relaunch the game, it crashs after I press "Enter the World" button... I tried to restart my computer... but no success.

@dawido10: I think the new update will not be released until September 2015, if the update really will be public. :)

The thing is that it now has two ways: One way is the offline-server V1.8 which won't be released by Berkay, but (maybe) from another team member.

The other way is the planned online-server that is under development by Berkay. :)

hi, I have a problem. When I start the server it says "Starting Server..." and nothing happens. I reinstalled everything 3 times and I don't know what to do. pleas help me :(

I cant install mitmproxy. I follow all instructions and when I go to Power Shell and when i enter "pip install mitmproxy" the folowing text is all red and at the end i see this:
ascii codec can't decode byte 0xf6 in position 4: ordinal not in range

You gotta use the powershell (x86)
