Considering there are UD Valorant cheats especially private ones there's literally no reason it won't be bypassed for League of Legends as long as people are willing to pay.. Nothing to worry about.

And how many of them are internal? League is not Valorant when pixelbot is good enough. Even the best externals in lol are performing generally poorly.

There are a lot of internal private ones, but you are right the majority of public ones are external. That's just going to be how it is though, there hasn't been much incentive for external League scripts but now there will be. You can look at something like Odin's private, while it may not be as good as LegendSense, it still makes you play a lot better than legit.
