Just a little question to understand this.

I need to run a full Server System and Composer to use this CMS . Unlike a "Wordpress" or "Joomla" which can be run on a managed Webspace via ftp ? Right ?

yes and no, it is possible to do all on lokal and just upload the stuff on the webspace.
