while the ccleaner guide I've posted and created myself and ppl asked me to copy it to their small forums, and it is more general and in depth than your leeched thread
also ccleaner does all what u posted and even more... without the need to look for folders and might delete a system file accidentally

no hot keys required for activating the hack
the Ph hack without menu is buggy
also No Vista support in this version
