[SHARE] Another Cabal Server (Chinese)

server back online? i still can't see the server list..

this one is the opposite of xcabal when it goes down.
xcabal, you couldnt login
this one, you can login, just not join :P
except this one goes down for hours, not days :/

i tried to filefront and i waited 1hr 30 min and when it finished it didn't reg and i'm not willing to do it again
