While we should be able to talk freely about 9-11 I agree it has no place here I don't think. I play mmo's to escape reality, I am a born and bred Bostonian and lost my wife and son in the 9-11 attacks. While I sympathize with you wanting to express yourself about what happened, this may not be the best forum for it. However you are all entitled to your opinion to what is right and wrong and I have no intension on flaming anyone who wants to discuss such a thing.

and sorry I am not just talking about 9-11, I am speaking of the tragic EQ events as well that is alot of families destroyed in one single moment in time, and there are places to discuss such things, but remember people may play games to escape that aweful reality. As for the vulgar comments by immature children who have no understanding of the fragility of life or the heartache that comes with such a thing SHUT UP please.

The earthquake is the reason we don't have a new version of the bot yet.

The recent Cabal patch has temporarily disabled the bot.

Due to a RL disaster the bot update has been delayed.


This shows me that some ppl do not read the forums rules.....ie. "using search"

Or simply reading some threads before they post.

Rider is very aware that we need a patch for the update, but there are other priorities right now.

hmmm. help ppl trapped in fallen buildings, or make an update for a "free" bot.

I think we can all wait until they feel they have done all they could to help those that need it.

Its not like you guys are paying for the bot and your time is ticking away (in which case Rider would compensate you for the loss).

I received an IM from Rider early yesterday morning saying he would try to get some programmers together to fix the patch, so obviously his team are alittle scattered at the moment.

But they are safe

That's exactly why there should be an asshole thread for people like you. All you could care is the bot, not even the people who were working hard to provide undeserving people like you? I hope the bot never comes out then.
