JT's Rappelz Bot

@Fahim: Striders have that "life leech" skill (forgot the name), try using that as an attack skill, it will give you some +hp from time to time. Other than that your only possibility is to choose easier mobs I think, even if you don't level that fast. Think of it as an addition when you don't have time to play yourself.
And if you want your pet to assist you in attacking the mob, just put the "joined attack with your pet" on F1.
Edit: If you want your pet to attack after you have attacked, try using the "creature attack" on one of the attack skills slots. I never tried that, but I'm pretty sure it will work.

@JT: First of all, I want to thank you for the time you take for coding this bot. Second, I have to say the bot works fine for me on XP. I only got the "error -1" one time in the beginning, it never appeared again, after I set the file options for the bot to "no archive" (or whatever it is called, I'm german...). The bot detection also works fine, at least with Megaloceros and those bunnies (once again, I forgot the name...). Edit2: I'm on the US servers.
Does this mean my OS is slowed down by a lot of garbage? :D

I have also determined that windows XP is blasting through the code way too fast (Imagine that... a problem with XP instead of Vista for once.) It seems it processes some of the commands too fast to realize that the variables have changed, thus it is causing errors. The Vista OS seems to take the time to completely process the last line of code where XP will just blast it and crash when it does not register something fast enough. That is the main cause of the "error -1". That is also the reason the bot-trap detection does not work properly in XP, but it works fine in Vista. Rest assured I am also looking into this and I will have a fix for these issues as soon as I can find out where the errors are happening in the script.

IF YOU ARE ENCOUNTERING A BOT-TRAP THAT IS NOT DETECTED BY THE BOT... use wordmaker V4 and send me the text file or post it here. Also make sure you tell me the Language of your client and the Opperating system your computer is running on. This information helps.
Hi jt, are u talking about the error same than mine?
If yes why ur bot work with another win xp and not with my pc?

I love the level of sarcasm associated with this forum. If we were a bunch of stuck up prudes, then I would be bored. =)

It's one way to pass the time right? ;)

That, and some requests/questions are just too hard to resist, and ohh so easy targets hehe

Best laugh of the day Landa thanks for that.

I have not had a chance to use the bot much but I can say I have it up and running smoothly ( only ran it for about 30 minutes). I don't remember anyone saying they were running it on a win 2000 machine when I read thru all the posts but I can tell you it runs fine on my win 2000 machine.I really should add some extra ram to it to help it run smoother, but for a bot pc it is working great. Thanks again JT for all your hard work. Hope the E5 change won't make things to hard for you.

On a side note, I remember you saying something about running bots back when you played FFXI. Was wondering what server you ran on , I was a GM for FFXI for a while , mainly focusing on Bot killing so we might have had a past together :p No worries tho I have not been employed as a GM for anything in about 4 months, nor do i plan on doing that stuff anymore , too much annoyance lol.

hi i just downloaded your bot jt but i cant seem to work it. umm first of all how do i minimise or restore down the rappelz window to move it to the top left corner. When i used the bot without doing so it kept closing and opening the rappelz appand i walked like 1cm when it opened again. I really need to use the bot man to catch up with my friends. Any help will be appreciated ty

I am sure some of the other guys can be more of a help , but i can get ya started . You need to be running Rappelz in windowed mode( can be activated from the options setting menu in game, alt+o and click the windowed mode radio button). Once your running in windowed mode you can move the Rappelz window like any other windows application window. Your rappelz window should be the top left corner of your screen and don't move the bot window that opens.

Just a heads up tho this bot isn't a super fix-all for lvling it won't do anything but just give you a little extra boost.

IDC about lvling, I have a main for that. I need to make some money (to finiance my main lol). My prob is I get the error

Is this a prob with the script? or something I am doing wrong?

I have tried it by first opening rappelz, and also by trying to start the bot first (that just never starts).
