This customer clearly has no patience and refuses to cooperate with support. We did our best to assist this customer, but unfortunately, he was unable to follow simple instructions.

I’m not taking Naxo’s side here, and I’m speaking completely neutrally.

That said, sometimes a product may fail to work on a specific user’s setup due to old system changes, conflicting software, drivers, other products previously used, or configuration issues. In those cases, support may ask for extra diagnostic steps to understand the problem.

If you already trusted and ran their main loader/product, I personally think it would have made sense to follow their troubleshooting guide as well, assuming the file was provided directly by their official support. Refusing every diagnostic step makes it harder for them to confirm whether the issue is on their side or your system.

Of course, if you still feel uncomfortable running anything, that is your choice. But from the outside, this does not automatically prove a scam without giving them a fair chance to troubleshoot the issue properly.

I hope you realize that if we were actually ratting people, we would not still be active on this forum with many active customers, verified trades, and more positive feedback than a lot of other providers.

These claims are simply not true and have never been proven. Anyone can throw accusations around, but that does not make them factual. We have been operating publicly, supporting users, and maintaining our reputation here.

If you do not trust us, that is completely fine, but please do not repeat serious accusations as if they are confirmed facts.

The order was delivered after we checked the payment. Later, the user reported an injection issue with Rust. Our support requested the required diagnostic and sent the fix. The following files did not show new useful logs and looked like the same diagnostic data, so we asked him to repeat the steps and send a fresh bundle after trying again.

Support replied within around 3 minutes initially, and most replies after that were handled within a few minutes. The ticket was actively handled with payment checking, delivery confirmation, troubleshooting steps, and diagnostic requests.

The situation changed when the user started insulting our staff and making false claims about our website and service. We do not refuse support for real issues, but support cannot continue normally when the user is abusive instead of cooperating with the troubleshooting process.

Some replies from our side could have been worded better, but the user was not ignored, the product was delivered, and support was provided.

I had a chance to try their Valorant product, and if you want or not to believe it's working... My friend tested their Rust product about 3 days ago? And it was working without a problem. Im not saying they are best provider there but i can 100% say they product works...
