Because as a server owner you want to get the best out of your project. The remaining players are used to botting. There us a reason why newer server files with no working free bot are failing! People simply won't play without bots, that's why preventing bots is useless and owners tend to play a different game by decreasing the actual profit if bitting by assigning endgear and valuable stuff to a non bottable gameplay style, that's all.
