You will need to read the original spawn entity packet for players (uid 1million + for spawn entity and structure is a bit diff from the mob version) and you then need to update those locations using movement packets
IE: reading their jump packet and walk packets

Keep in mind that fastblade is a skill... not a melee attack like you are normally using. Both packets exist in the source properly though.
