You are still using the old sro_client. The current client got around 5.5mB.
Most likely your anti virus deleted the new client, because of false/positives. To get rid of it create a new folder, add the folder to exceptions, unpack the full client into the new folder and start updating.

Can you pl Upload the 5.5mb sro_client.exe? The automatic Update dosent work for me :(

please add rigid client path to your kaspersky antivirus here is the tutorial link [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] then rextract the whole client again from the archive, and then run silkroad.exe as admin and that should do it.
